This is probable the saddest post I have ever made. I will miss you Scooter, and will always remember you though your stories. Thank you for always making me feel like family.

KUHL, William H. "Scooter," of Chesterfield, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Joyce Kuhl; his daughter, Terri Dunning; two stepsons, Alan Warren (Tresa) and Ron Warren; four grandchildren, Blair and Justin Dunning, and Amber and Kent Warren; his sister, Tringula Amaral; several nieces and a special nephew, Tommy Amaral. Scooter proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, was a former police officer for Hopewell, and for the last 25 years was self-employed in the real estate title profession. The family will receive friends 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday at Bliley's - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where a memorial service will be held 12 noon Saturday. Interment private.

The family requests no flowers. Instead please make memorial contributions in Scooter's name to a charity of your choice.
